Please e-mail us (chris@alohaanime.com) and tell us: 1)What items you want to purchase, 2) the price for each item, and 3) your address. We will then contact you and make arrangements to ship your order out to you.

Shipping:

We ship generally all of our orders, 1st class/priority mail (depending on weight) through the US postal service. Generally, for orders up to 1 lb., we charge $5.95 shipping and handling for practically all our orders. However, with the new postal rate changes, shipping rates may be higher depending on where you live. Large orders, weighing from 1 lb. - 2 lbs. will generally be $6.95. We will check with the post office to get an accurate price before shipping on larger orders. Insurance through the post office is always available on request. For payments received by Visa/Mastercard, please note that items paid in this manner are shipped upon receipt of confirmation via USPS Book Rate, which average 7 - 10 days delivery, sometimes longer depending on the area where you live, or you can upgrade to First Class/Priority shipping, which averages 3 - 5 days delivery, for only $2.00 extra. First Class/Priority shipping is standard for payments received through money order or personal check.

Payment:

All funds should be in U.S. dollars. For fastest service, please send a money order. Personal checks will take around 10 days to clear before your order is processed. Money order or personal checks are the best and cheapest way to send payment. Please make all checks or money orders payable to "C. Wong". Please contact us with any questions.

Credit Cards: We now accept Visa or Mastercard. When you order from us, we ask for your name, address, and credit card number - all of which are necessary for purchase and delivery. Please note that we can only accept credit card payments from the person to whom the credit card was issued.

What is SSL Encryption?:

The SSL protocol is the Internet standard for encrypting communications between users and SSL (secure sockets layer) e-commerce sites. Data sent via an SSL connection is protected by encryption, a mechanism that prevents eavesdropping and tampering with any transmitted data. SSL provides businesses and consumers with the confidence that private data sent to a Web site, such as credit card numbers, are kept confidential. Web server certificates (also known as secure server certificates or SSL certificates) are required to initialize an SSL session. Customers know when they have an SSL session with a website when their browser displays the little gold padlock in the status bar of the browser and the address bar begins with a ‘https’ rather than ‘http’.

An SSL Certificate is issued to a Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN). The actual FQDN is digitally signed and sealed within the issued certificate. The SSL Certificate can only be used on this FQDN and nothing else - otherwise a name mismatch occurs. For example, an SSL Certificate issued to www.yourdomain.com can only be used on www.yourdomain.com. It cannot be used on secure.yourdomain.com or even just yourdomain.com (with no subdomain). By default, the security (SSL) certificate that is on our hosting servers is issued to www.valueweb.net (or .com). Aloha Anime uses ValueWeb's shared secure certificate which has all of the advantages of secure encryption except one: your browser will give you a warning message stating that your URL does not match the name on the certificate (ValueWeb). Please be assured that your information is encrypted and secure and will never be shared with anyone else.

Paypal: We can no longer accept payments via paypal due to security concerns; it's both for your protection and ours. Please visit www.paypalsucks.com to find out the dangers of using paypal and protect yourself.

Insurance: This is the fee for insurance from the US Postal Service based upon the amount of coverage desired. Insurance is recommended but not required. It is up to you if you want to purchase insurance. I can not be held liable if your package is lost or damaged if you do not pay for insurance. Please tell me if you would like insurance, otherwise I will not include it.

$100.01-$5,000: $2.20 plus $1.00 per $100.00

International Orders: We are happy to ship our products world wide. Please contact us and we will check with the post office regarding shipping charges to your country. Generally to Europe and most other countries, we can ship about 6 to 7 doujinshi in a flat rate envelope for about $12.00. Canada and Mexico are cheaper.
